La Quinta Wake up on the bright side
I live near Northwest and Baker view road intersection. Often I will do my shopping at the Fred Meyer store and noticed the new hotel La Quinta that is being built near there.
Recently I opened my Facebook page and I was surprised to find a la Quinta hotel ad at the top of the page on the right side of the page.
This advertisement is targeted to people who travel and need a place to stay. The person is likely to be either a family or business traveler of adults age and either gender and Canadian. This targeted customer is of an income level that can afford travel but not so much that they cannot afford to stay at four-season hotel.
The Ad satisfies only an awareness of a service that is offered to those looking for an affordable hotel stay near airport location.

                I think this Ad is brand useful. The La Quinta ad provides a link to their reservation site, so their ad will be in everywhere if you need room you can get this from the website. The competition of this product would be unrestricted because good marketing will make the customer know the product specially there is hotels located very close to La Quinta on Baker view Rd such as the new Spring Hills and Hampton Inn. I think when it opens, people will want to try the hotel.
