While in America I have noticed many advertisements for electronic devices. I have been to Best Buy to look at some of them and decided to compare what is available on the internet.

My search led me to Amazon.com. Especially I wanted to know the price of a new Apple I-pad. This website really is a big advertisement for the product I am interested in. This form of advertisement is targeted to people of all ages, and like me who are interested in comparing the cost from a store where I can actually hold the product in my hand and the competitive pricing that Amazon.com has to offer, anyone that can save the amount of money to purchase. This product is seeking an I-pad will be the focus of the market. There are no ages, gender, or age preference.
The need that this product satisfies is that for having a new or updated device. The ad tempts you to buy by offering lower prices, without taxes. The Amazon website makes it easy to choose by just clicking on the product to ad it to your electronic shopping basket.
Best Buy and Costco are competitors for this product, so are places like Radio Shack. These other places also have shopping websites, but cannot beat the low prices at Amazon.
Other tablets such as the H.P. touch screen would be a primary competitor, but those who prefer Apple products are loyal to I-pad. The price and quality is close between HP touch screen and Apple I pad and I don’t think these play as large a factor in purchase decision as product loyalty and familiarity.
The Amazon website is new to me and I will likely make my electronic device purchase from them because of the price and convenience of ordering from my apartment.
